## Six decisions. Not a 47-minute summary.

- **Separates a decision from a maybe** — Priya confirmed. Sam was considering. Only one writes into ONB.
- **Stages bugs and requests** — Safari still drops focus. Export keeps coming up. Those leave as work — waiting on you.
- **Same Project. Not a new file.** — Cursor's next session pulls Tuesday. Discovery call, standup, QBR, agency brief — same overwrite.
- **Never silently spawns tickets** — Oren stages. You confirm. A mishearing does not become a story.
