## After you are live: top up or upgrade — never a second subscription

Monthly credits and hours reset on your billing date. If you run out mid-month, buy a pack from Settings. Credits never expire. Hour packs last 12 months. GST is added at Razorpay.

Top-up packs:
- **Spark** — +2,000 credits, never expire (Arlo, Nori, Ask, tickets). ₹699 / $8.
- **6 hours** — +6 Oren hours, 12 months. ₹999 / $12.
- **Boost** — +9,000 credits, never expire. ₹2,299 / $28.

- Out of AI credits — Arlo, Nori, Ask, and ticket AI share one wallet. Sign in to top up.
- Out of meeting hours — Oren in a call is a separate meter; calendar sync stays free. Sign in to top up.
- Need more seats or projects — upgrade from Settings once you have a workspace; downgrades wait until the end of your term.
